Vintage Antique Crocodile Handbag double handle twist closure

Antique/Vintage crocodile handbag. the lining frees like a suede or even taxidermy type material. it is rather stiffly made. The outside is in good condition but aged as seen in photographs. The inside is aged and has some marks, maybe from a pen, I'm not sure. The closure is a twist button. when purchased, it was said to be an old doctors bag, but I can not confirm that.
