Vintage Antique Doll Dress..(maybe christening?)

Vintage/ antique christening or doll dress. Unsure of age. Lace and embroidery, ruffle around neck. Delicate stripe on fabric. Some small holes and staining. No closure in back and does not appear to have ever been any. No button hole or evidence of ribbon ties. Shoulder to hem~19 inches.
