Vintage Antique Jet inlay Ring Unisex

This is a very old piece - possibly even antique - and shows age and wear. Jet is the inlaid stone, making this a very cool old piece. It is now illegal, in some areas (Think Whitby Jet), to mine jet, which is a type of fossilized wood. I see a hallmark but cannot read it even with a loupe - too bad as that would certainly help with dating. Three connected horizontal boxes each with a symbol inside - the middle one looks like it might be a bell. I captured as best as I could - please see pics for best idea of condition. Tests as sterling - possibly silverplate - and definitely handmade. Antique jet was often used as a mourning stone, and for good reason aside from its inky color. Jet is a stone of strength, grounding and letting go. It helps clear toxic behaviors and habits, healing old hurts, repressed emotions and trauma scars.
