Reposhing this item I purchased from @thriftysipper. Did not quite fit me but knew that was a risk going in. 17" pit to pit, 20" shoulder to hem. there are little curved slits at the waist that make this vest seem like it would be cuter hitting right above the hips (would have to be someone very petite). The collar is large and flared, while it can be zipped up all the way, it is not very comfortable like that/meant to be worn as a collar not turtleneck style. very good condition, just tight and short for me. I am 5'4" and have a 32" waist, 38" hips for reference. Longer torso, vest hits right at waist for me. Questions? Leave a comment below!
