Vintage Anxiety Blouse With Embellishments

Medium is my best guess on size because the tag is missing. Used vintage item, has some marks on it-see photos. The detailing on the collar is pure 1990s. This blouse has shaping darts front and back for a feminine silhouette. Flat pit-to-pit measurement is about 18". The sleeve length is about 21.25" measured from the shoulder. It buttons down the front with a placket concealing the buttons . I would call this ivory in color. Of course it has shoulder pads.
