Preowned conditon Vintage Anxiety for kids blue 3/4th sleeve blouse. connected top with cardigan. Floral with silver glitter design. Does have some fading on the shoulders/arms as in pic from storage. Measures approx 19" across armpits and 23" long. 17" sleeves from shoulder seam.
