Vintage Apara Paris 3/4 length sleeve striped jacket

The fit on this jacket is absolutely adorable! The sleeves are three-quarter length with 2 buttons. Can be dressed up or down depending on your mood. There are small shoulder pads to give your body. Just the perfect shape! It’s in great shape. Non-smoking home. No tears or stains in the fabric. I am working on the size that I can see. Is the 38 as seen in the last photo. I would definitely say it’s a size medium. Pit to pit 20” shoulder to the bottom of the jacket 28” shoulder to the bottom of the sleeve 21” waist measurement with button attached 17” across.
