Vintage Arpilleras Peruvian Folk Art Quilted Textile Wall Hanging Gorgeous piece of handcrafted Folk Art, most likely in Peru or Chile in the 1980s. Arpilleras were originally made beginning in the 1970s as a form of resistance and protest against oppression.
