Vintage Arthur Pepper ART rhinestone & enamel floral brooch pin, circa 50’s 60’s

This elegant vintage Arthur Pepper ART rhinestone and enamel brooch pin has a floral look design and is lightweight. The ART logo is stamped on the back of the pin near the closure. ART brand jewelry was founded by Arthur Pepper in the 1940s in New York. This costume jewelry was often marked with the ART or ModeArt logo. ART produced costume jewelry in different styles between 1950 and 1960. Color: black painted enamel and three rhinestone colors of green, amber and light blue/iridescent. All rhinestones are vintage level brilliant except the one larger blue stone. It is cloudy, and this could be due to a repair. (see pictures) The stone was in the current cloudy condition when we inherited the brooch years ago. Size: approximately 3.25 inches long and approximately 1.75 inches wide Condition: There are no missing rhinestones in this piece of jewelry and it is in good to very good vintage condition. Besides the noted cloudiness of the one blue stone, some of the black enamel is worn off on the back of the brooch near the clasp area and at the tip of the clasp pin. See photo.
