Vintage Artisan Hand Painted Brooch Blue Birds Yellow Flowers Signed, dated 1973

Vintage Artisan Hand painted brooch with blue birds and yellow flowers. Signed by Artist (Janet?) and dated 1973. Set in a very solid, heavy weight scrolled frame. Good used condition; there is a small chip on the edge of right side (see last pic) and a smudge that might be artist's signature (second to last pic.) Absolutely charming! One of a kind.
