Vintage Artisan Made Necklace Signed

Very pretty necklace measures about 20” in length and has an extension chain for an additional 3” in length. I believe part of the necklace is leather cord. I believe this is signed (see last photo) and I’m almost positive that the hanging pendant is on sterling. Five good sized sparkly crystals catch the light. About 1” tall at its widest section. Lays nicely about the neck.
