Vintage Artisan Made in Ecuador Single/Double Strand Rustic Bead Necklace

Polished round and barrel trade beads in a beautiful rustic true red Ecuadorian Artisan made necklace. The neckpiece can be worn as single or double strand using the simple hook finding that attaches directly to the thread on which the beads are strung. The round beads are graduated with small spacer beads. Copper metal hand engraved “cross” hangs in the center of the first strand when worn doubled with the feature bead and metal in the centre of the longer strand of the two. When worn as a single strand, either the cross or the feature bead can be worn in the centre, with the thread (please note wear) on either side. The measurement of the necklace is 36" end to end. Nice vintage condition with wear and patina consistent of a pre-loved piece of its nature and era, made in the 60’s and purchased from a local artisan in Ecuador during that time.
