Vintage Ascoli Piceno,Italy Silver Scrollwork Brooch/Pin with Red Cabochon Stone

A beautiful vintage brooch marked “Italy A.P.” on the back. It is made in Ascoli Piceno, Italy around the 60’s or 70’s. There is no silver markings that I can find on the piece. The simple clasp itself is a sign of age. The coral red stone gives this piece an eye catching pop.
