Vintage Asian Fabric Dress

This vintage piece features beautiful Asian-style floral fabric with subtle sparkle and open flutter sleeves. Can be worn as a mini dress or tunic. I bought it from a vintage store and there was no size label but I’ll labeling a 4 as it fit my size 6 frame other than being too tight in the hips.
