Aspen, Pitkin County, Colorado, U.S. Founded 78 years ago in 1946 by Walter Paepcke, Aspen was the first ski area venture of the Aspen Skiing Company. Velcro closure, obviously ;) Notes- hat is in great condition for era, has been cleaned, there is one tiny callout featured in photos- a separation in the fabric . Also just noting the hat is lined with plastic under the material that goes around the brim, so it's a bit crinkly when you touch it, but fabric actually touches your skin.
