runnerusa2021 @alamidon The flat measurement is 11”, which means waist is 22”. It’s a kilt with side buckles, so there’s a bit more room in the waist if you adjust the buckles— 12” flat; 24” waist. I hope this answers your question!! Feel free to reach out with any other questions
