Vintage Atomic Starburst Brooch Pair Clear Rhinestone and Aurora Borealis 1950s 1960s A couple classic and well constructed rhinestone brooches from the era when they were common. You can see how they are constructed differently. Great starter pieces for the brooch curious! Measurements:  50's: 1 7/8" H x 1 13/16" W x .5" D, 15.4g 60's: 2 9/16" H x 1 9/16" W x 5/8" D, 26.4g Condition:  Both pieces are in good vintage condition, with all stones securely set. While each brooch has undergone a light cleaning, a more thorough cleaning may further enhance their appearance. The 50's round starburst brooch exhibits some tarnish on the metal bursts, along with a few cloudy stones, and visible scratches and dullness on the metal. The clasp and pin function properly, although the clasp is slightly bent backward. The 60's brooch has bright, sparkly, and colorful stones. The silver plating remains bright and free from visible scratches. Additionally, the clasp and pin are straight and in perfect working order. Normal wear for age and use. Please see all photos.
