Vintage Authentic 50s women's full skirt blue floral dress

This stunning dress is so beautiful, i would keep it if it fit. True Vintage late 50s or early 60s. zipper back, flower detail on shoulder, belt loops and belt with snaps, slip stitched hem. the dress is two layers, both floral printed, the outer one is transparent. the inner skirt is a mesh, it is torn in some places and delicate but intact, it needs to be starched so that it will be stiff and act as a petticoat. no noticable damage, it is very old so there will be some fraying on the seams, etc. measurements laying flat: Bust:17 waist:13 hip: free length from Shoulder:41 size XS-S no stretch chiffon I belive the tag indicates that it's a juniors size 11 petticoat pictured under it not included
