Vintage Authentic Faceted Cherry Bakelite Bead Necklace

This gorgeous strand of beads features a graduated necklace of deep cherry red faceted bakelite beads. These beads are authentic bakelite and will both simichrome and hot water test. The large oval center bead is 1” long. They are strung on a single strand of silk thread which has very slightly stretched. These beads are simply gorgeous. The clasp appears to be the original clasp. For some obscure reason the color is called “cherry amber “ but there is nothing amber about these beads. The necklace measures 21”. Please be wary of those selling resin as bakelite. These beads are authentic.
