This original skirt itself is black wool, white cotton waist and adorned with a bright woven panel at the bottom. Amazing vintage piece of art! Tie at waist - 14 1/2inches(29) , and length is 25 inches. 100% cotton. At least 40 years old. Great condition. Hand stitching artisanal work is stunning .
