Vintage Aztec Skirt

Aztec print skirt Pockets! Buttons down front that read “The great seal of the state of Oklahoma 1907” Waist laid flat measures about 12” but there is elastic at the back of the waist. About 29” in total length. No tags, but I believe this is vintage and best fits a size XS. Feels like cotton.
