Vintage BEST & CO. Fifth Ave. Debbie Fascinator Black Velvet Hat Black Netting My mother was a dress designer in New York City in the 1950's & 60's. This fascinator/hat is from her collection. Black velvet circle is 4 1/2" round with an elastic band to attach to your hair with a comb or Bobbie pin. Wonderful labels on the inside. The black netting is draped in a cross over "tulip" approx. 7 1/2" each side. No tears or holes in the netting. Absolutely stunning in excellent condition.
