Vintage BILL BLASS Rainbow Tartan SHIFT DRESS

The iconic, BILL BLASS (1922-2002), an American designer from Indiana who was known for his love of sculptural design, outdoes himself in this rainbow tartan BOLD plaid ensemble. Precious little shift dress in excellent vintage condition. Linen/Poly blend material. Very structural and thick, but also breathable and soft. There’s a hidden zipper halfway down the back (which, could also be worn as a front half-zip if you’re looking to spice things up a notch with some cleavage). Model is a curvy size 4, 5’7, 145 lbs. 26” waist, 36C bust. This dress fits approximately like a modern size 4. This is simply a FUN, bright, bold little number. Can be styled in many ways.
