Vintage B&L RayBan USA Shelby Ebony Black Full Silver Mirror 70’s Sunglasses NOS

Vintage B&L Ray-Ban Ebony Black Full Mirror Shelby 1970’s Sunglasses True vintage B&L Ray-Ban Bausch & Lomb USA Shelby sunglasses circa late 1960’s to early 1970’s. Unisex. Made in USA. Very rare model and even rarer colorway. New old stock and never worn, but have slight imperfections from 50+ years of storage. Ray-Ban Bausch & Lomb dark green gray impact resistant mineral glass lenses with Inconel coating (full mirror). This specialty lens is unique and is only found in this model. Pre-B&L etching, non-prescription and ready for wear with 100% UV protection. Anti-glare and perfect for the sunniest or snowiest conditions. There are some short and light hairline scratches to the lenses that are only visible upon close inspection under ring light. No scratches of note and none that are deep enough to go through the mirror. Left lens has 2 small <1.5mm round (water?) spots. Retro cool ebony black acetate frame. Skinny straight temples. Hinges operate well. There is a small scuff to the frame under the left lens. The finish is very shiny throughout. The sculpted clear nose rests have turned white in areas. The inside of the right temple is impressed with BAUSCH & LOMB U.S.A. The inside of the left temple is impressed with SHELBY. The face frame can be heated up and adjusted by an optician for the perfect fit. No case is included.
