Vintage B/W saddle oxfords, never worn Size womens 4-5/ Child 1-2

Hi-Brows black and white vintage saddle oxfords, leather uppers. There are all sorts of markings inside, but no size we can find. Daughter can barely not wear them (too small) and she wears a ladies 5 or child's 2-2.5, so I'd say these are about a ladies 4 or child's 1-2; the sole (outer/bottom) measures 9 1/4 inches from toe to heel. No signs of wear (don't appear to have ever been worn; see photos of soles and uppers). I listed original price as 0 because I do not know original price.
