Vintage Baby Blue Smocked Long Sleeved Dress

Amazing color! No tags but fits like a medium but can be pulled tighter with the tie at the waste to fit a small. 1970s era. Smocked top with collar and puff sleeves. Condition is very good vintage condition. One side of the collar in the back could be stitched back down otherwise no other flaws that I found. 100% polyester. Find it for less in my shop on Kidizen!
