Vintage Backless Navy Blue Polka Dot/Floral Dress

Dainty navy blue mini dress with a high neck and low scoop back. Very flowy and retro with small white polka dots and creme colored flowers. Says size small but the top is cut pretty narrow so this would fit someone with a smaller chest. Very summery and can be dressed up or down.
