Vintage Bagatelle | Soft Leather High Waist Pencil Skirt

Bagatelle Vintage Y2K Size 4 Good Vintage Condition Dark Grayish (leans cooler blue) Stitching Pattern on Front High Waist Bottom Vent Slit Zipper and Snap Closure Very Soft, Thicker Possibly Faux Leather Lined Pebbled Texture This skirt feels so nice and buttery soft and I can't tell if it is real leather or faux leather because there isn't a fabric label. There are a couple small surface scratches on the outside. The only one that is "noticeable" is the long one on the back.
