Vintage Bailey of California 'Cuban' straw fedora L

Bought from a hat shop in Phoenix in 1992. He MAYBE wore it 2-3 times....at most....has been covered on a shelf Size Large which is approx about 22.75-23". says US 7 1/4 to 7 3/8. There is one maybe pencil tip size dot on the back left side when worn. Shown in last photo. I have not tried to clean.
