@jennifercobbs No, haha! One of the ways you can verify Bakelite is to rub it vigorously until it heats up. It produces a smell which is a little difficult to describe but it’s very distinct and chemically. This is only while it’s heated and you have to have it close to the nose to detect it. I hope this clears things up! 🤣
