@thepoptart Not by a professional or anything, but I did the baking soda test, the hot water test, and the clanking test, and it was Bakelite according to all of those.

Bakelite can be tested by rubbing a qtip with either simichrone or 409 on it lightly. a red or yellow is positive. interested if tested in one of these ways. thanks

@justnuts62 I don’t have any 409, and to buy it would make my earnings drop. But if you buy it and it’s not Bakelite (I did three other tests, baking soda, water, clanging)) you can return it
