Vintage Bakelite Deep Carved Butterscotch Bangle Bracelet

This Bakelite Bracelet is from my personal collection. It is a deep carved leaf pattern in the very desirable butterscotch color. Bakelite was developed in 1907 by Leo Baekeland. This particular piece was given to my aunt in the late 50’s by a member of the Baekeland family. They lived in our town. She was a typist which account for some of the marks on one side. I’ve shown them in last photo. It’s not uncommon on the deeply carved pieces. The condition is good vintage. It measures approximately 3 Inches in diameter.
