Vintage magnetic kinetic ballerina art by Otagiri, make in Japan 1979. It is 10 1/2" tall, base is 4" wide, ballerina is 3". It’s in great condition with a few light scratches on the base. The base is magnetic, so it pulls the ballerina towards but she still swings a bit giving the impression of dancing.
