Vintage Barami Navy Blue pleated skirt

Vintage NWOT Navy Blue Skirt. 73% Viscose 27%Wool beautiful silky gray lining. This is marked as a Small but I can't wear it. I would say it is an xsmall to xsmall. I have a vintage pleated skirt that is a 12 but fits like a 4. That is always something to consider when buying vintage clothing. Measurements are in the pictures for reference. Comes from a home with no pets and no smoke.
