Vintage Barbara Bui Pencil Skirt

Off-black retro-looking pencil skirt. High waist with attached belt and bead details on the pockets. I think this is from the 80's or 90's--it was vintage when I bought it. Fabulous and flattering! Size: 40 Waist 28" Hips: 36" Length: 27" Back zip closure. Fiber content: 100% wool outer. Lining 50% Viscose, 50% Acetate.
