All measurements taken laid flat and measured across - *Armpit to armpit 21" *Sleeve - Shoulder to Cuff 20" *Top to bottom - Shoulder to hem 37" *Across the bottom 22" There is no material tag (?) Some kind of wool blend, but I do not know for sure.
