Vintage Barlow Hand Painted Rose Gold Tone Pendant Necklace

Very pretty oval pendant with what appears to be a ceramic face. This has been handpainted with a pink long-stem rose. The metal is a bright gold tone, and it is marked Barlow on the back. The chain measures 22 inches and has a spring ring clasp.
