Vintage Beaded Clip-On Earrings W. Germany

These earrings belonged to my mother. They are clip-on earrings. They are in nice vintage condition. The beads are various shades of blue. I am NOT sure what they are made of. I am not an expert. I have never worn these earrings. All I know is the earring are really beautiful and unique. The metal is silver tone. I do see a signature/stamp saying W. Germany.
