Vintage Beaded Necklace and Earrings Set

I originally bought this thinking I wanted to try on a look of a particular You Tuber who targets older women like myself. Sixty and Me? If you don't view her maybe your mother does. She's developed her own fashion sense by utilizing these large beaded necklaces. Simplicity with elegance.... it's a delightfully clean look. Turned out sadly for me, the looks screams success and playfulness....but kinda does my western shirt no favors. I'll never be "that cool" to be able to pull the look off. So sadly, I am pushing it even feeling to my core this is a real statement piece and love it. What is it? Lucite, I believe....with a comfortable rattle as it moves. the back is an alternating light blue to dark blue coin style beading that give way to large oval beads in front, ascending in size. Coming with matching coin shape earrings, it makes for a low cost but elegant look with a turtle neck or vee neckline.
