Hello! I'm curious about the sleeve measurements of 28". Typically, it would be more like 24-25" from the sholder seam to the cuff. Is 28" from center back to cuff instead? Thank you and best wishes.

@chrissiejones Hi good question - it is indeed 28” but if you look at the picture the shoulder seam is much closer to the center than a typical jacket! the sleeve measures 30” from the center of the back if that is helpful.
