Vintage Bea’s Collection Blue/Floral Mini Dress

This romantic and dreamy mini dress, 1970s vintage, is blue with white daisy flowers. Sheer blue chiffon sheath over blue floral poly print. Chiffon short cap sleeves are see through. Although the fabric has a silky touch, we are guessing it is polyester. Meeting the top chiffon sheath is a chiffon bow at the waist.
