Vintage Bebe dusty pink rosette appliqué silk blouse

Vintage Bebe dusty pink rosette appliqué silk blouse in size S. 96% silk, 4% spandex. Seen lightly pinned on size XS mannequin to show ideal fit, would best fit a 25-28in waist for a similar fit! Only flaw are some faint stains underneath the ruffles(see last pic), but they’re not noticeable at all when wearing since the ruffles cover them. Skirt is not for sale <3
