Vintage Bebe high to low tiered lace dress

Bebe (XS) tiered high to low dress. This dress is slightly higher in the front than in the back, with tiers of white, black lace and black tulle. Cups are padded and the V in the front is ribbed. All features are extremely flattering. lovingly worn and shows some slight wear on the tails of the bow in front (see photos)
