Vintage Bechamel Petites Crop Button Up

I originally bought this at a vintage shop and have loved wearing it. I always get compliments on the top and the fit is great. If hits mid waist and comes with the built in “ties” to knot it in the front. For being a vintage piece, it’s in good condition!
