Vintage Bella Ella maxi skirt with double slit

The fabric of this beautiful periwinkle Bella Ella maxi skirt is flowy and has a lovely drape to it. The skirt has two 17 inch side slits (one on each side) and a drawstring waistband. Side to side waist measurement is approximately 14 inches. Waist to hem measurement is approximately 36.5 inches. Slit on each side is approximately 17.5 inches.
