Vintage late 90s/Y2K skirt from Belle by Badgley Mischka. Black and white floral lace overlay over attached white slip underneath. Floor length. Slight fishtail hem in back. Button and zipper closure on back waist area. Excellent preowned condition, with some very minor wear to an area at the very bottom of the fishtail hem (see pic with my hand in it.) Perfect for bridal, wedding, or other special occasions in the summer! Size: 6 Measurements lying flat: 14" waist 43" length in front 45" length in back
