Vintage Belt Buckle w. Horses & Turquoise

Vintage brass (??) belt buckle with “EL C” design flanked by horse heads and scrolling design. Turquoise or turquoise-like stones, or possibly resin. Has light patina. Simple post catch is ready for leather strap with holes.
