Vintage Ben Cooper Halloween Costume “Gypsy” 1980s - Incomplete, But READ...

Note: This is an incomplete Ben Cooper costume from the 1980s but has a bonus piece! It includes the original, unused plastic vinyl bandana hat, and the original unused plastic vinyl colorful skirt. For some reason, there is also a plastic vinyl Ben Cooper unused Pirate Hat. The pants are the coolest part of this costume. I’m not really sure why it wasn’t used.
