Vintage Bennington Pottery Oil/Vinegar Set

Early David Gill "Sad 'n Glad" cruet set first produced in 1954. This one is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or dings. These were sold as a set and only the "sad" is signed. Cruets stand 7.5" to top of hat. They do not appear to have been used but if they were used - it was minimal. Sadly, David Gill, the founder of Bennington Pottery has passed away so there will be no more original pieces produced. Original Gill items increase in value. Antique and vintage items show some age and are rarely truly rarely mint so please keep that in mind. The corks on the are fabulous despite the fifty plus years - please see photos. Open to offers.
