Made in the 1930s era, a wonderful black silky embroidered kimono from Japan (made for export) The kimono has a red satin lining which contrasts beautifully with the black color Decoratively hand embroidered with spiky chrysanthemums and a sweet bird on the back and with floral motifs trailing down the sleeves and onto the front. *Condition: (See photos for flaws) The stitching is ripped at the underarm seam as if the hand done stitching all unraveled (zoom in and see photos) also has cosmetic blemishes, marks/stains consistent with age on the inside as shown in photos.
